　（前略）原民喜のテキストによるものとしては2つ目となるこの歌曲集は、『心願の国』から小鳥、星、孤独、春をテーマに文章を抜き出し、テキストとして成型して用いている。これら4つのテーマは各楽章のモチーフにも、たとえば冒頭、ピアノによる小鳥の啼き声の模写などのかたちで反映される。
　初演は2020年10月23日、豊洲シビックセンターホールにて、メゾ・ソプラノの新宮由理氏と、私自身のピアノによる。（「この作品について」）
